Hi all,

I am wondering how the businesses I am working with can get the Google Reviews Structured Snippet if they are offering services and not products?

I have seen some businesses that aren't selling products that get the Google review extension on their Google ads but they don't sell products?

These are the third platforms I'm aware that Google allows review snippets from:
  • Trustpilot
  • Feefo
  • Reviews.io
  • Verified Reviews
  • ResellerRatings
  • Bizrate (for some sectors)
  • Trusted Shops
  • Yotpo
  • Google Customer Reviews
Are there any more specifically for the UK? Like Yell? I've seen some show up for facebook too.

Is there a way I can manipulate this somehow? We've got loads of reviews on the GMB of the businesses but they don't tend to show up in the Google search ads.

If your business offers services, you can still show review extensions in Google Ads by collecting reviews through approved platforms like Trustpilot or Reviews.io. You’ll need at least 100 reviews in the past year with a rating of 3.5 stars or higher. Reviews from places like Yell or Facebook don’t count for this feature.
