Received some negative reviews and some of them are from competitors, what will be the best possible way to remove them.
Currently only one option is there which is FLAG

Instead of focusing on removing the negative reviews, you can work on increasing the 5 star reviews. If you have a few hundred or thousand 5 star reviews, the negative ones will be pushed back and your average will still be in the 4.9 - 5 rating. It's worthwhile to buy high quality reviews from Seoclerks. Or grow it slow through review exchange groups on Facebook - the way it works is, you post your Google listing and group members rate it 5 stars, and then they message you their listings on which you need to leave 5 stars.

It doesn't have any correlation to your organic search rankings.

However, you'll get a higher click thru rate in local and more engagement if you reply and update your listing. Also ensure you are really getting the most out of GMB with geotagging pics etc. Updating. Many people ignore reviews, take the time out to carefully reply to each one. There's some nice software about atm that can 'push' consumers to ask for reviews too.
