I suggest that you read about different Google penalties and try to find out what kind of penalty you have. Don't waste much time on disavow tools or services, they are over priced and undervalued.
At the end of the day what you need to do is remove the crappy over-optimized backlinks pointed to your site. These are usually directory links.
Hire a link removal service to remove the links for you after you know which ones you want removed.

Ididn't receive nothing in GWT, but two of my "adopted"sites are losing positions very quick. Under my control I have several sites and I know, there will be more.
I am wondering, lookig for, any authomatic tools, which I can use with current sites, and in future. Something what will help me fight with penalties and maybe offer time interval monitoring(prevention?)
