Many people here can work with this kind of problems, but those who really know what they are doing cost a lot of money and it's still never sure thing that you get your rankings back.

I suggest that you read about different Google penalties and try to find out what kind of penalty you have. That way you got research the root problem with your site and only then you can maybe find solution to get your rankings back. That will cost you only time and at the sime time you'll learn a lot.

We do professional off-page SEO audit together with in-depth reports and files you need to submit to Google (if we find the links that are the problem, but we always find those kind of links). Prices go from $500-$5000 depending how many links you have, but most of the sites are in $500-$1000 price range

Algorithmic penalties tend to be trickier but easier to resolve depending upon how complex they are. You have to start reading the best practices guidelines and see how you are doing with each of the important factors.

Don't waste much time on disavow tools or services, they are over priced and undervalued.

At the end of the day what you need to do is remove the crappy over-optimized backlinks pointed to your site. These are usually directory links.

Hire a link removal service to remove the links for you after you know which ones you want removed.

    Okey, thanks for replies!
Now I know Skyrocket. Do You know someone else? I will check Your site.
    I'lldescribe the situation
Ididn't receive nothing in GWT, but two of my "adopted"sites are losing positions very quick. Under my control I have several sites and I know, there will be more.
I am wondering, lookig for, any authomatic tools, which I can use with current sites, and in future. Something what will help me fight with penalties and maybe offer time interval monitoring(prevention?)
TheLinkGuy - do You think, removal service will offer something I describe?

Yes I do, there's one I use for all my issues and client issues. There are services out there to do exactly what you need.
