I try rank parasite it landed 30 postition after 5 backlinks indexed i notice that ranking goes 20 after this disapered from ranking then coming back second page then disappear . what shall i do wait or remove backlinks or build more links?

It seems like the rankings need some more days time kindly wait and analyse it after that you build backlinks again it will be good

you mean that is natural from your expereience haow many days should i wait ?
 
Can you use GSC to see if you have a penalty?

On my opinion , I would suggest you to
Evaluate the quality of your backlinks and analyze if there are any technical issues...
 
Analyze your back link profile, if position gets lost after link indexed you need to check on that .If the site is relevant then no need to remove them wait for a week.
 
Ranking fluctuations can occur due to various factors, and it's important to understand that SEO is a long-term process that requires continuous effort and monitoring.
 
If you added your site on GSC, It intimate when your site have the going wrong direction,

Otherwise, Google dancing is the Usual one, Bloggers face this fluctuation,

Wait some more days, May move into the actual position.

Just ask a pro to check your Backlinks profile. If they are good ones , then you just need to wait more (even 1 month!). But if they are trash , you should for a disavow and wait again.
 
It's important to analyze the quality and relevance of the backlinks. If they're low-quality or irrelevant, consider removing or disavowing them. Focus on building high-quality, relevant backlinks to improve your rankings.
 
Google has many servers from which results are shown. it takes time that each of their server gets the updated backlink data. As many have said above, it takes time to settle.

parasites can be totally unpredictable, I had one disappearing from Google for 3 months and then it reappeared last week in 4th page.
In your case I would definitely wait more, and also consider that parasites can behave in more "crazy" ways compared to personal sites, so it's quite normal if they disappear more than blog post from your website.

Plus, parasites can handle more spam (usually), so 5 links even if bad shouldn't make it tank (that's only for saying that you need to wait more but your situation isn't necessarily bad overall, disappearing pages are common with those practices).
 
If it happened only after indexing the links, it might be a dance. It will take some time to settle. You can keep adding high quality links and diversify the anchor profile.
 
Wait for a few days. If not, check with backlink profile
 
Ranking change happens, wait for some days and see how it settles.

Wait. If your links would cause this, negative SEO would be all over the place..
