Lots of guys here on BHW are ranking #1 with Blackhat stuffs with the help of PBN's. Google bot can be fooled with planned strategies. No doubt they will caught you at some stage, but it might take few years for bots to understand that webmaster has actually fooled them.

The site that OP has mentioned has NO QUALITY CONTENT at all. Some sites ranking below it like rechargeaddict.in are doing Heavy Keyword Stuffing but still ranking in top 10 for queries which has more than 1 Million searches per month.

In short, Google bot can be fooled...
