How do I exactly rank my Youtube video using Google+, I heard that Youtube likes Google+ signals..
Do I make random accounts and then share my video or what?

How do I exactly "clickjack" people to click on the button?
My website is a simple niche one, people wont click any G+ or other..

Hmm its very simple .
You can easily go and buy some G+ likes , would help you a lot ranking faster your youtube video.

From where? I have 99,4% retention views, likes, comments, description and im not ranking even in top 10 pages.
