Need Help finding competitors running Google Search or PMAX campaigns with Yahoo XML feed. Or any other site where I can get competitors data? Will really appreciate.

Try Google Ads Transparency Center and AdSpy tools like SpyFu or SEMrush. Won’t show feed source like Yahoo XML directly, but you can spot patterns if you know what to look for. if you do please give me some review on tool you did choose. I will love how it will play in your specific case

No legit tool gives that kind of deep competitor Google Ads data. Use SEMrush or SpyFu for search ads, but PMAX info is mostly private.
