Summary
For the review, I asked the seller to set up an Adwords account and to run their service using a business URL that I provided. The details of my review are below.
Service Information
- During the review process, the seller kept me in the loop with frequent updates.
- The first report the seller sent me was a keyword search report. It contained the usual data you'd expect, although the report contained information on the text that was going in the ads.
- The second report the seller sent me was completion report. I was provided the Adwords login details to verify all of the information in addition to screenshots. They showed how much they spent, that they targeted keywords with purchase intent, showed that they maintained proper ad groups, showed CPC and CTR (2.96% average for the search advertising campaign),
- For the video advertising Adwords campaign, they showed me the same information, however they also sent me a link to the video they made for the sake of the review (to run the video ad). They ran the cheapest campaign they could and showed me that they used proper focus targets in the ad groups.
- Due to a backlog, it took a while for me to approve this thread. However, the seller was incredibly patient and polite during this time, even during times I was unresponsive.
- Maybe the seller could leave the word "bro" out of the reports. Other than that, I had no other issues.
- As this is a service we don't get in the marketplace often, it was more difficult to test properly. However, I worked with the seller to test this service by testing the parts of it that I could.
For Buyers Regarding Disputes: If you do not receive a product or service as advertised, or at all in the event of a dispute, do not be afraid of a "no refunds" refund policy as you are allowed to request a refund through the shit list process. For more information and to see whether or not your dispute qualifies, refer to the shit list rules and procedures.
