I have learned how to advertise on Google. However, I want to learn how to reactivate accounts and advertiser verification for my accounts. I really appreciate if you share your experience in this field.

As far as reactivation of Google Ads accounts and advertiser verification are concerned, there is (are) NOTHING to learn.
Reactivation of Google Ads accounts > Fill and submit the Google Ads account suspension appeal form, for each and every suspended Google Ads account and then on each submission say a prayer.
Advertiser verification > Submit what docs are required > They need to be legit and verifiable docs, as Google Ads manually verifies these docs.
Strangely, many people feel shy to fill and submit the Google Ads account suspension appeal form, and many people feel shy to submit advertiser verification docs. So, perhaps, the very first step needs to be overcoming shyness.
