Hi all,

How can you decide conversion value on Google Ads?
For example, you promote $100 CPA offer. You can write $100 for every conversion on the Google Ads side but not everyone who clicks the affiliate link buys product. So clicking the affiliate link will show you get $100 on Google Ads side but actually the real situation will be different.

Any ideas?
Thanks.

You do that by creating CPA events. Calculate a conversion value of your lander, for instance every 20 people who click on my CTA I get a sale, then create an add to cart event on Google Ads and assign the appropriate value, in that case 100/20 = 5. So each CTA click is worth $5 to you. Now optimize the campaign based on that smaller value adding the add to cart Google Tag on the lander.

I would let ads chooses the amount. After enoth data ads recomends a amount push that by a few % nd you should be save. I had a campin ads told me like use 2 bucks i set 1,50 and the ads algo f'd my campain.
