I know managing multiple facebook pages can be very time consuming. So I developed this simple app which allows you to post link, images or videos to multiple facebook pages with one click. Hope you find it useful -

Hootsuite I believe has a limit to the number of pages you can manage with their free account. It's a very simple tool off course not as powerful as Hootsuite.

Hootsuite is great but the limit is real pain !
 
its free but it can hacked your account :) if you want to use it, just use your dummy account and put it as a editor
