--Getting HIGH SOARING-- GOOGLE rankings with a youtube video..

well, I have a very nice and highly rated(4.5) converting youtube video with about 4,456 views..

For a great amount of my niche keywords google shows (video result(2 thumbnails of vids))

I would like to appear there for my keywords.
What must I do?

Also I heard that google can now recognize audio of videos and rank accordingly too it. For example if there is audio of some guy talking about (anything related to niche) it will rank higher. Is this true?
will the length of my video matter?

Videos were ranking really high on Google a while back but I havent seen them so much lately...

I recon things may change when Google Caffine is rolled out, best wait and see.

It depends on the keywords and niches. Even on keywords within a niche. I investigated a niche lately and some keywords showed several video rankings on Google page 1 and for others none whatsoever.

what is this 'google caffeine' you speak of?

Google Caffine is the new Google Algorithm that is going to be fully rolled out after christmas.
They have already started making some partial updates, which is why a load of people were complaining about the shift in the serps a few days ago.

cant find anything that helps me with this news especially with YT vids
