Sounds more like a phishing attack. Did you click through any of those "problem with your account, please log in" emails?
maybe this way will help you to solve this problem
1. you should clear all the records after you use your account
2. change your password, make it more complicated or change your password three times in two or there days
3. get some safe software to protect your computer
maybe there is other way to help you, also wish you can give me some advice

Format the hard disk and install a fresh copy of windows. Also make sure that next time, you have a good AntiVirus program installed. AVG 2015 free version does the job pretty good.

+1 for the format mate dont take any risk and change all your passwords, after that you can use a software called "spy shelter" it work very good for this kind of problem

One more thing don't save your Imp. passwords in chrome.

This happened to me like 2 years ago. Someone snagged my email, facebook, youtube, everything except for paypal. Then for 3 days they spammed the crap out of all my friends and relatives.

Ran it once time, changed my passwords and the spamming stopped.

Scan your system for Spy-Ware, these small bits of software are sometimes missed by the antivirus, and there is a high chance of spyware being the cause of your password being stolen. If you have any other privacy software RUN that too, check if you have a fire wall and that its set up properly, always scan files before you run them. Using browsers with built-in firewalls, a router's firewall, and the regular firewall on a computer helps you to prevent many problems.

2. Move to another country and change your identity, get some plastic surgery just to be on the safe side.
3. Buy a new computer.
4. You should be OK now until the next time.
