Getting banned from Ebay?

I didn't get banned from Ebay yet, but im preparing for it . Just to get some questions out of the way;

1. If you have multiple ebay account linked to 1 paypal account, and 1 ebay account gets banned, will the paypal acount linked to that ebay account get banned as well? What about the other ebay accounts linked to that paypal account?

2. You probably won't be able to use that Paypal account again, but could you delete that account and make another with the same bank account #? Probably not, but maybe bank account numbers are confidential?

3. I heard of Ebay banning ip addresses and the only way to get around that is to change your isp if you don't want to mess around for hours. Does that mean that ebay.ca will literally not appear on your screen? Or just that I can't make an account or log in from my computer? I guess I could go to the library or something if worst comes to worst .

I think it mostly depends on the type of activity your doing that is not allowed, I would say depending on how "bad" it is, that will determine how far eBay will go to get rid of you.

no, they keep information forever.

no, you can still sign up for an account, but soon, they will detect that your ip is no good, and ban you again. this is worst case scenario, sometimes they may not even care.

I have to agree that it would depend a lot on the reason your other account was banned for and if there are any characteristics in the products being sold if it is in fact a product violation such as tobacco etc.
