I run a website for my music, and rank number one overall on some of my keywords, have adsense and clickbank up, ads on Facebook and G, and Twitter automated. I'm getting about 30 uv a day all from my target market, but I would like to increase that, obviously.

What programs are out there that can assist me in WH SEO? Can I use Market Samurai etc. or is there something else I should use?

What are some other WH methods I could be using to drive people to my site? I know I need to be backlinking, and I've started commenting on top ranked forums and blogs, but while it's time consuming manually I don't want to turn to the dark side, lol. Do I have all bases covered as far as WH SEO goes?

Have you done any article marketing? Submitting to ezine for direct click through traffic?

What about ancillary keywords to get crossover traffic, have you looked into that?

Posting on forums that are related to your niche with your site in your signature is a good idea.

Yahoo answers might also be a place to hawk your site.

Just some general ideas for you.

Nice, looks like I have some things to look into. Haven't heard of some of the techniques, but of course forums and yahoo answers, great idea!

Is using Market Samurai considered BH? I wouldn't assume so since I am just using it for research.

I'm not an MS guy myself so I can't give you a decent answer... perhaps someone will pop into this thread and offer you some insite there as well as offer you some more ideas.

    No, It's Not.

You answered yourself this question. Market Samurai, MNF, Keyword Elite, etc are nothing but tools used for keyword research.
It's not different from going to Google Keyword Tool and search for profitable keywords. I am not referring to the results,
I am talking about using a program to find keywords.

My suggestion is to enter the URL of your competitors into Google Keyword Tool and find out the keywords that are bringing traffic to them as well.
Use KeywordSpy and Compete to check some Adwords ads they might be using and check the keywords that are converting best.

Some information can be gathered even with a free account.

Do a search inside websites like Facebook and find groups that are related to your business (would be interested in your products).
Join them, but DO NOT spam them with links to your website. Create a little buzz with other accounts if you have them
and point to the main account (the one with your Business Logo).

The same it would be true for Twitter and StumbleUpon.

Great Rhaza, really it seems that you know what you are doing. I am new in all social sites marketing but not in seo. I really would like to learn more. Do you use software for all of that?
    Thanks.

I wasn't sure because it uses proxies, but thanks for reassuring me. I'm not completely opposed to BH, I've just put a lot of work into my site doing it WH and don't want to mess it up.

All great suggestions and very much appreciated. Facebook is a good place to start it looks like. My site is more for my music which I give away for free (at this point) so it's hard to implement some of the strategies that are geared more towards selling a product. My ads are more to monetize my site, not the focus I guess you could say.

My understanding is that your music is your product. It doesn't matter at this point if you are giving for free, It's not the point really...

The audience you are targeting is a specific audience who enjoys music and may enjoy yours as well. The strategies are applicable in general (my opinion)

because we are not talking about conversion (sales), we are talking about traffic. How to direct these people from where they are (websites) to your website.

All traffic strategies are indeed applicable in my opinion if they are targeted (music). Once you bring them in you choose your ways to monetize.

    Idea:
Why don't have a poll to find out what they are MOST interested when it comes to music (play, sing, read, etc) and THEN you FIND the Clickbank or CJ or any other affiliate products?:D

    Give it a try.

Yep, you're right, my music is my product. It's hard to make money off of music these days though, lol, unless your're touring. I was talking more along the lines of BH techniques for BL's and whatnot, my niche wouldn't be as good for that I guess. Going on Music forums "Hey, nice site, check out my site."

Then again I could always write my own e-book and make videos on making beats and writing, etc, I'm very good at that and teaching people as well. I'm not ruling out the possibility for a side project though, but don't really have the extra time to put into another blog/site.

Good idea on the poll though, people like polls and interactivity. My poll plugin isn't working for WP, might need a new one. Without BH I've managed to get some good rankings on a few keywords and drive a small amount of (highly targeted) traffic to my site, I'm sure I can drive more traffic through some of the techniques you've given me.
