Useless method.. you wont get a link posting some spam in someone article from 5 years ago and get approved.
And who knows where the person is after such long time.

Method old as internet, finding wordpress edu sites is easy but links are n0follow and google gives them zero authority even if they are gov because wp comments links have no power
