Get me real subscribers that will watch videos I upload.

So I am looking to build my subscribers on youtube, I just started my channel 2 weeks ago and have about 125 subscribers right now that are all real. I upload about 2 video a day and my channel is music based. Some ideas i have had are those sub4sub type sites to help build it but not sure if those are worth while subscribers. I would like to get my channel to the point where every upload is getting about 1k views.

Can anyone provide any ideas how to do that?
