Does anyone know anything about the GDPR that changes to FB and IG?
Is it supposed to favor automation, is that true?
Does anyone know anything about this?

If you're using mass DMs, that might be the reason why. Not sure about this yet, but there is no issue over our network of accounts here, with traditional M/S.
You might look for another way to send your DMs (maybe non-spammy), untill you know more about what's going on

i never used mass DM, it happened to my personal account. when I sent a link to my friend it was not clickable, and some of my other friends have the same issue in UK

As @LeeKrish79 said links in DM's are not clickable. I'm curious if it has been disabled only for EU citizens or it is just a bug caused by new Instagram update.
