Yeah there is, for BlackHatWorld marketplace sellers it's called opening a shitlist thread here: https://www.blackhatworld.com/forums/dispute-resolution.31/ if the vendor that isn't delivering what they advertised, aren't refunding when they should, etc. the mods here will make sure they get their act together (or they will have their thread locked and risk a permenant ban, which they typically won't do over just a few dollars).

Some panels are cheap and have slim margins so you shouldn't expect the best customer support, as you say. However, you should expect to get what they are advertising. If you pay for a service which has a certain start time, delivery speed, drop rate, etc. and the service is nothing like they had advertised, or it just doesn't start at all and support won't refund you, you need to report it via a shitlist immediately with all valid screenshots and proof of your claims.

Some panels on the marketplace here are making thousands of dollars per day. In almost all cases, they will quickly handle your complaints and resolve them as per BHW marketplace rules to prevent closure of their thread, when a shitlist is opened.

They are way too many people here who have gotten scammed by a panel who could've recovered their funds if they just opened a shitlist, but they don't. Then the panels keep operating fraudulently and scamming more and more customers, because no one reports them. It's frusturating to see.

I love this thread, problems like this means that there is plenty of room for innovate and new services.

I'm building a "smm panel" (don't even know if I like that name anymore lol) and am currently looking for a good provider that's as consistent as possible with their service. If anyone knows a good provider please slide me a PM but by the looks of it I'll have to build something from scratch and become my own provider / bot farmer.

Luckily I'm only doing this for fun haha

Same stuff is still happening in the Marketplace. Same panel owners are scamming, not delivering services, and keeping all of our money.

The Mods in THIS very thread claiming that all we needed to do was simply open a SL thread and they would handle it and shut down anyone who is scamming. Well, guess what? MULTIPLE SL threads have been made accusing the very SAME panel owners of doing the EXACT same things and what has happened? They refund a pitiful $20 to the victim and are allowed to continue and scam business as usual.

I've got an open SL thread open right now for $180 that's been ongoing for over a month. The Mod claimed I was being impatient, harassing, and then warned me several times for a total of like 12 points. He then "transferred" the SL thead over to another Mod who then claimed he was going to be busy for the next 6 weeks so he wasn't going to be able to even monitor the thread. How else am I supposed to get my money back? We follow protocol and get the lame excuse that the Mods are too busy to do their job?! INCREDIBLE.

So, the message being sent is that if someone scams you on this board and you raise your concerns about how long it's taking to get your money back then you are going to be punished and the scammer will be allowed to continue to scam as usual.

The problems still exist, nothing has changed after this thread was opened, and the very same panel scammers are still scamming all of us daily. NEVER BUY ANYTHING FROM HERE.

Maybe cause most people on here are either providers or resellers. Very few retailers posting here they only come here to find panels!

This thread has had a lot of strange activity. We are all trying to work together to solve for a common problem. We just want working services with a description that actually reflects what service is being delivered. This thread was locked, unlocked, had posts deleted, edited, etc. Very strange.

We all want to continue spending money on this forum - we just don't want to test services over and over for $3 to find one that works every time.

When smm panels had cheap prices, everybody was happy . Now Instagram is very smart and it will be almost impossible to cheat. Is time for you guys to spend much more to get high quality services.

You are right to an extent, but I would say that the Mods here are already nice enough to entertain most of this shit.
Still, expressing freely or asking for another level of help here is challenging, you either get flamed or banned.
So words have to be used carefully. I've gotten warnings out of good intentions as well

Why not developing ourselves a clean new supplying service?
I'm a developer and it's certainly doable with some help. (at least for IG)

I honestly think you reseller guys are a huge part of the problem. I mean sure there are good guys that are proper but in our every day business as a panel with hundreds of resellers it is mostly like this.
Somebody signs up and asks for a bigger discount. If this happens not immediately, it will happen later down the road. "I need more discount.", "Give me 70% more discount or I will move my 200 clients to another panel.". The funny thing is those guys then usually have prices that are twice as much as the non discounted price anyways on their website. Even 30% discount becomes a problem.
Support staff is expensive. Running an Instagram panel that is not completely shit with botted trash accounts costs money and gets more and more expensive while people get more greedy.
What do you think will happen if you have a 70% discount comparing to regular prices? We cannot allocate you the support staff and of course we will prioritize other clients first that pay the normal price.
If resellers would just pay the normal price without asking for an enormous discount, we could live a happy life together where good support is provided and services are working all the time.
Because of that we put our focus on B2C instead of B2B and don't even advertise here because it only brings in people that want cheapest services.

But this is only our view as we treat this as a real business. Doing business should always be about a good win-win for all parties not about one party getting the most profit out of something.
There are far too many people having panels that don't know how to run a business. They don't know what to do or just don't care and you should just ignore them even if the price is cheap.

If you only support good panels and completely ignore the bad ones we wouldn't have this problem because the bad panels would die.
But I suppose because they're cheap you are giving a try anyways and hope that it would change because it would be so nice to get those services at this price.

Had nothing but bad experiences with smm panels. Last one said that everything is automated because of the amazing technology nowadays, so if I place an order then it will be fulfilled right away. Took one week for this guy to fulfill my order... And he didn't even deliver the amount of views that he promised. The other ones I tried, same story. Big promises, but no delivery.

I know it's super common to claim l33t n1nj4 sk1lzzzz but anyone in this thread claiming you'll be able to do an SMM panel 'for fun' or 'easily' hasn't tried doing something like this on a decent scale before. Reverse engineering and automating is just the tip of the iceberg when you're doing something like this. I've seen some of the extent providers have gone to on the infrastructure level and believe me when I say it's going to take commitment.

On the main topic - yes, the industry has a problem.

Most panels are just skins reselling the same shit as everyone else. Margins compete on overcharging or providing shittier terms and support. Some make patently BS claims about being their own providers or providing something their competition doesn't. A lot of this stuff is impossible for the buyer to verify and I've seen panels even here make some scummy decisions. Lying to buyers and avoiding refunds at all costs. If they get a bad reputation they'll just open a new domain the next day and change the skin colour. They all look the same anyway.

The thing is - you don't have a whole lot of choice.

Becoming a supplier has barriers to entry and legal risks. Becoming a panel takes 5 minutes and that's including waiting for your new domain to propagate. This is always going to mean a ton of shitty panels constantly popping up, selling the same stuff and having little to no accountability.

You can partly make life easier by sticking to panels taking PayPal. They won't bother fighting the dispute and they'll risk the account if they do.
