Somebody signs up and asks for a bigger discount. If this happens not immediately, it will happen later down the road. "I need more discount.", "Give me 70% more discount or I will move my 200 clients to another panel.". The funny thing is those guys then usually have prices that are twice as much as the non discounted price anyways on their website. Even 30% discount becomes a problem.
Support staff is expensive. Running an Instagram panel that is not completely shit with botted trash accounts costs money and gets more and more expensive while people get more greedy.
What do you think will happen if you have a 70% discount comparing to regular prices? We cannot allocate you the support staff and of course we will prioritize other clients first that pay the normal price.
If resellers would just pay the normal price without asking for an enormous discount, we could live a happy life together where good support is provided and services are working all the time.
Because of that we put our focus on B2C instead of B2B and don't even advertise here because it only brings in people that want cheapest services.

But this is only our view as we treat this as a real business. Doing business should always be about a good win-win for all parties not about one party getting the most profit out of something.
There are far too many people having panels that don't know how to run a business. They don't know what to do or just don't care and you should just ignore them even if the price is cheap.

If you only support good panels and completely ignore the bad ones we wouldn't have this problem because the bad panels would die.
But I suppose because they're cheap you are giving a try anyways and hope that it would change because it would be so nice to get those services at this price.

Resellers are to blame?

Panels are unable to deliver what they promise 99%+ time of the time.

Look at the delivery times and speeds, those are lies almost every time. Super Instant and 5 min delivery times that are not started / delivered in 3 weeks.

Then when you ask whats gong on or refund, you have 100 excuses.

Almost every panel I have used has been ran by a person that is a dishonest, lying piece of garbage.

Panels suck.

Stop lying to people and scamming.

Then why do you continue to buy from those panels? Why don't you choose one that works? Even if you say maybe 1 out of 100 works, then make a colaborative list with all people here where you list all panels. People try it and share the experience.
I just say you cannot expect a flawless service with the prices most people are willing to pay.

BHW SHOULD BAN THESE PANELS ELSE I CONSIDER BHW ALSO AS GARBAGE since its claiming only HQ services have the right to be listed here.
 
BHW should create it's own smm system with real ppl. The idea would be to incentivize users to follow/like somebody by paying for example $0.002 for each action. This way users earn money and smm resellers can buy cheap and real followers/likes! Believe me this is the only real way to do this because everyone will profit but we need the right ones to create the plattform. Admins and Mods should really think about this (if you want detailed infos I can explain just ask)!
 
Wow, the panels are now going back to the old pricing 0.80 / 1.00+ per 1k for instagram likes..Too late man.
The damage has been done.
Your resellers lost their customers.
It is all thanks to your bad service, delays and that sudden increase of prices.
So unethical.
 
All this game will bring to high prices and high quality again.

Maybe they want to squeeze last possible profits before IG disables the likes counter globally

It depends on the suppliers and the current market situation. To me it looks like IG Likes suppliers are beating eachother prices to get the most orders before IG disables likes counter globally. You can increase the price for more profits but on the other hand you would get fewer orders.

And what exactly do you mean by "we"? Are you talking about your own prices on your panel smm.net or the prices on the "biggest" smm panels in general doing cartel agreements to charge more?
 
This only shows that there is a huuuge business opportunity for a team of devs and marketers to create a new Panel that sticks to their advertisting claims and behaves professionally.

This Panel should only allow crypto payments to keep all the scammers out, also maybe restrict registrations to keep out the small fish that write tickets because their 50cent orders.They should employ a dedicated english support staff on Telegram or Skype that vets orders and cares about reseller complaints.

But most importantly that Panel should only offer service that are stable and working. If this means that prices are going up so be it, the margins of SMM are high enough already.

I know this is going to be hard because this business is fluctuating with all the updates but I'm sure there is a lot of improvements to be made over the current system.

The first Panel that can accomplish this will be #1 overnight.

But it would also be an extremely limited service, it's hard to develop this for multiple platforms constantly updating.
Plus, it could also mean it is the first to be targeted to shut down so there's a big risk here.

Sorry for ranting here.
But i'm so frustrated with this smm panel thing.

None of them are working properly at all.......
I've been experimenting almost every single one on bhw the past week.

One thing in common is ALL OF THEM have BAD customer service.
I don't expect like POWER customer service, but at least have the heart to refund something that isn't working!?

They stall you.. and not reply.....
And once you start telling them about opening a shitlist here or get paypal to assist.. they start banning your account from their site with some of my funds inside remaining.

Someone please.. start a decent panel that actually bothers to announce about delayed services and refund whenever needed?

Why do i buy from them?

Because on their service lists it says: "SUPER HQ, INSTANT, PERFECT 10/10, WONDERFUL DELIVERY, MOST AMAZING EXPERIENCE IN THE WORLD"

You get my drift. They all say that they have the best quality and fastest delivery, but in reality they are unable to deliver.

This is not a blatant scam in your mind? Promising to sell product A, but in reality after customer pays, you deliver something totally different, or deliver nothing at all?

People running the smm panels like that should be jailed for fraud.
 
Im going through the same thing.
I just purchased with 3 different sites (smmnet,socialpanel24,instantfans) all which claim “HQ real likes”. So far all the likes are fake ass profiles with no followers/following with no default photos. Extremely obvious that they’re fake.

if anyone knows of a better site plz DM me. I don’t mind paying for REAL quality
 
I actually have so much humans threatening to sue me,
have lost a lot cash, all because the panels are too lazy to sincerely list what the service transport time is,
then it simply receives stuck and I must double order, then lose my cash.
