Opening an bank account in european country or usa is very tough. You will face lot of difficulties opening them.

Try services which provide offshore bank accounts for an price.

Additionally - People from Morocco can travel to Qatar without a Visa

On Wego, a cheap roundtrip flight from Morocco to Qatar is $420

Fly to Qatar and open a bank account and do business with it.

But you could turn this into a business -

All the countries that you are able to fly to without a VISA are very expensive to incorporate

Your cheapest option is to fly to the USA ($620 roundtrip)

When you get here open 10 or 20 companies, setup their mailing addresses so you can have mail forwarded back to you, get their EIN numbers, open a bank account for each company (you have to be present to open the account), etc

In the USA, Corporations are State entities. Some good (Wyoming) Some terrible (New York, California). Some expensive (Nevada)

There is an initial filing fee and a registered agent fee. Then yearly renewal for both. Wyoming initial fee is $100. You can find registered agents for $50 a year.

Pick a bank(s) and email them and ask what is required to open a business account (passport, corporate papers, EIN number) AND ask if they require a personal appearance or can it be done by mail or skype. Choose big banks (Bank of America, Chase, Citi, PNC, etc). Make your businesses something harmless like exporting clothes or health food products to Morocco. Stay away from tech.

Then keep a couple for yourself and sell the rest of them when you get back home.

Note - Your name is on the bank accounts so you should require whoever buys them to keep you for a "nominee director" (for a fee of course) and require a local accounting agency to keep the books. You want to sell to honest people, not criminals.

I read an article about one man and wife team in the EU that were the nominee directors for over 12,000 companies. His monthly fee checks must have looked very nice.

Always pay taxes on your USA businesses under your own social security number. They like that. When you are 62 you can collect a pension. Save up enough money (250K) and buy property in the USA and you get a permanent residency to go with it.

You should consider looking at immigration to EU. Looks like Italy is easiest. Malta is best for business and most valuable residency to have.

I was thinking to do it through Bitcoin but unfortunately, dealing with Bitcoin is not legal here, and I am not sure about the legal troubles of that.

I am still looking for alternative solutions, I talked with transferwise by phone and they told me they neither cooperate with Moroccan Bank. It seems that this motherfucker county is blocking my way out but I am sure there is somehow to transfer my fund to some bank.

Thank you for this brilliant idea, I talked with Transferwise and they told me that the mastercard they has is just for people who live in Europe and US and Morocco isnt one of them ....
I am still looking for a way out of this mess

Well, now you know my friend, there are some governmant who want to make sure that their all citizens will stay poor so they block their way out from any posible gate to make mooney but I am sure there is a light in the end of the tunnel ...

Does the same rule apply to businesses which register as firms, pvt. ltd, LLC etc?

IFF businesses can bypass this law, then invest some money into opening a small business firm and get a bank account for your firm. This should clear up your limitations.

creating multiple account with 2 banks or 3 and for hist family too this got him 6000$ problem SOLVED

i believe payoneer could help you. they have a card you can use for your purchases too. if not you can always try crypto.
 
I guess you can open a bank account using stripe atlas. contact them and they will provide you full company set up with bank account without your present (they charge for it) . Have a look at there official website for details :)
 
I have an idea for you. I have an American Express checking account. on my American Express checking account I can issue a family spending card. With this card you can use it for any online transaction where Visa is accepted. I can issue the card to anybody and I do not need to provide any identification documents. So if you have your deposit monies routed to my account then I can load your family spending card. There is no risk to me as you will not be able to access any monies that I have not allocated to your card. The risk to you is that after your deposits come in, what if I do not allocate the money to your card and just keep your money. I guess this is where trust comes in.

So I guess it would be like me becoming payoneer where you have your direct deposit sent to my account and then I manually allocate those funds to your spending card.

My concerns are would I be liable for any taxes? Also there would be a cost incurred of shipping the physical physical card overseas. International shipping can be expensive FedEx overnight international now cost upwards of 40 US dollars. I'm sure there are other risks to me that I have not thought of yet. However this idea maybe worth pursuing if we could work out all the details and establish a framework of trust.

I would be willing to offer this to any black cat member

I believe it has to do with protectionism. When I was a kid I wanted to be an economist! Ugh Thank god I didn't go that route. :)
