Frustrating Paypal error

Hello BHW!

I have a very very annoying problem.
Every time I want to ,purchase' Spotify Premium I get this error message:

"We are not able to process your payment using your PayPal account at this time. Please return to the recipient's website to complete your transaction using their regular checkout flow."

What is this and what can I do?
I have a correct PayPal account with money (Spotify trial doesn't need money btw)and of course I have tried with more computers and browsers. Cookie clearing... etc.
I can't use my credit card just PayPal.
The weirdness is that sometimes (1/100) it succeed. TOTALLY random. Frustrating as hell!

Please help me and I could give you some Spotify Premium codes for free. :humble:

Suggest you try buy it as a guest and with a new email, that should do the trick.

You cannot use an e-mail address or card number that belongs to an existing PayPal account. If you have a PayPal account, please log in. If you don't, please change the e-mail address or card number and try again.

That's definitely a problem with their shopping cart form(generally happens when the form token is invalid). Email them instead of wasting your time here..
