You can use google cloud hosting for 90 days i think for free. Otherwise just check sharkhosting. They have cloud hosting packge for 6€ to one year.

I have tried 000webhosting before but the website speed was really slow. Paying 2$/month in hosting would be a lot better. Many people like namecheap hosting.

Free hosting means no service. You could lose your website anytime and they are not liable for anything.
Better to go for cheaper services in the marketplace with offshore hosting.

For me free hosting is a scam. Its better to spending $10 for webhosting is worth the cost especially if you're using it to further your career.

You can find a good batch of the providers I believe.
But you are talking about the SEO which is the solution to be completed over the long run and in this case free web hosting is not something you can rely on.

It is preferable to opt for less costly options in the industry, such as offshore hosting.
