The only way i see this benefiting your site is if the ips are residential mixed with mobile and you can assign truly random actions in SERPs but favourable to your site.

Otherwise i believe that G will see through this sooner or later and best case scenario just ignore it.

That's why I suggested to fake the referer . Of course never hide your referer, neither for Amazon stuff nor for any affiliate platform

how difficult is it to raise your site to the top? How much does it cost, because the prices are very different, I'm a newbie in seo and I don't want to pay too much, and I'm interested in search engines other than Google, who can advise what?
 
Nice idea. But It's bot traffic. I suggest every one don't use this on adsense enabled website. Adsense not allow such traffic.
 
Yes, as I have mentioned it's bot traffic but it's really just to boost SEO :)
I haven't tested with ads
 
I tried this method and it worked. I saw the traffic hike on analytics through organic search.
