My tips for you:

Your site is very broad with a wide range of content. This suggests you are purely reliant on ads.

But I also see you want to promote courses for freelancers. So shouldn't your site focus more heavily on content for this audience?

I also see you are offering a sort of link directory for startups.

So it's all a bit confusing and I don't see a clear SEO strategy.

SEO strategy involves choosing a target customer / audience, choosing keywords based on this, then creating content and pages with which to aqcuire those visitors. In your case that might mean deciding to thin your content out a bit and focus more specifically on one thing.

  • Redesign the site. Get a new wordpress theme that looks like a web developer site.
  • Promote your services
  • Write blogs like:
    • Web Developer in Turkey (or in your local city)
    • Php developer in Turkey
  • Add a portfolio
  • Offer a specific service
    • E.g. Wordpress sites for lawyers in Turkey
  • Create a local listing to get found in Google maps / local search. People do still look for local developers
 
Are you using a tool to analyze these websites? if so what tool are you using?
