Ok so the URL is an e-commerce store and you're ranking fairly well in the Netherlands.

I have these tips for you:

• Build links to your other pages, not just homepage. This is important for e-commerce. I see your homepage ranking for what should really be a category landing page (or even better, the product page).
• Improve your international site. Hreflang setup seems ok but many pages on the English site are still using Dutch!
• Differentiate your products. You have a lot of products and as a potential buyer I wouldn't know which was right for me. Create buyer personas. Write content explaining the key differences between the products you sell.
• Avoid loading too many things on a page. E.g. a pdf or video - it impacts your LCP score and could hurt rankings.
• Stand out! Your site and competitors look almost identical. Try to stand out in the SERP. One idea might be to really push the discrete packaging USP, possibly even adding it to your meta titles.
