Seriously guys, I know it's "just a PayPal account" but it's not worth it trying to be dodgy here. This "how to" is a great example of how to get yourself into trouble for crimes you did not even commit. Don't do it.

I was thinking the same. Hahahahahaha, why would I use my real info if I just want an anonymous payment service to use that cant be traced back to me?

What if you just want one for yourself using a fake name, DOB but real postal address(for things that needs to be ship to you)?

If you're starting a business, dont they need real info and not fake info? Then its not stealth anymore at this point...

What do you mean "volatileI created a paypal US account and linked it to my Wise Ghana account. Granted the names were different. Wise deactivated my account after i linked the paypal account to it. Did not even do a single transaction on the account.if you know why that happen you help me avoid deactivation in the future.

With this guide you will be able:
1. Create PayPal stealth accounts.
2. Sell PayPal stealth accounts
3. Teach other people to create PayPal stealth.

THINGS YOU WILL NEED TO KNOW:

1. Your first and last name are just OKAY, You don't need to change the document in anyhow or photoshop as you have heard previously - this is wrong info to force you to buy PayPal Stealth accounts from other sellers.

Upon Paypal asking for document ID the only thing you HAVE to do is to retake pictures of the SAME DOCUMENT you sent last time. I know it looks risky, but have a lot of PayPal accounts in my own name and they are all running fine.

This is because Paypal doesn't store your picture at all, it only looks at the image, if it seems legit - they approve. The only thing they store in their database is the image metadata - so if You are going to use the SAME image from your computer it will end up in suspension because they will catch You. Cropping images, making lighter/darker effects on the current image doesn't work 100%. To be safe - TAKE a NEW PICTURE OF YOUR ID, DRIVER's LICENSE, OR PASSPORT.

2. Your date of birth also stays the same, even though you were suspended before.

your name and date of birth are NOT the values where PayPal can link up your accounts. There can be multiple hundreds of people with the same names and dates of birth. So don't worry about it.

3. You register Paypal COM in a Europe country. You can actually pick any of them, it's all the same. ( currency will be whatever you want, you can withdraw your EUR USD GBP or any other currency to VISA CARD without a conversion fee. If you wish to withdraw money to your Bank account ( only IBANS are accepted in EUROPE) this means your funds will be converted to EURO. So to save money on the conversion fees, use a VISA card to withdraw, it's only a one-time FEE. (BEFORE WITHDRAWING - write to support, to change particular VISA card currency to the one you wish, it's very easy, no tricks for there)

4. Choosing the location of your PayPal Stealth account
You have to pick a location that is storage, houses, and shops ( not well known of course) and make sure the zip code is right for the location you chose. Don't choose random address that doesn't exist or Hospitals, large supermarkets, etc.

5. You will need VCC to confirm the account or a standard VISA card to confirm your details. For this scenario, you can actually buy VCC or use your own banking card. The address on the banking details can be different, it's fine, but make sure the ZIP codes are the same ( you can change banking details info in the settings of any banking app)

I highly suggest using WISE or ICARD - as they don't provide ANY info to Paypal, just your name, so your account will be confirmed immediately. Also, WISE and Icard provide virtual cards ( WISE - unlimited amount, iCard- up to 20) So there will be no issue with your visa card when creating a Paypal account.

After you understand this part right here's a step by step things you have to do in order to create a PayPal Stealth account

1. Create a new user on your computer ( mac or windows) - You can also use VPS, but it's totally fine to use separate user on your computer.
MAKE ADMINISTRATOR RIGHTS TO THAT USER AND NAME IT PROPERLY ( DIFFERENT THAN OTHER YOUR ACCOUNTS)

2. You will need the new IP address and dynamic IP works well there. ANY VPN is good, as long as it's fresh and matches the country of your registration location. So if it's Germany, order Germany location VPN, and make sure it's fresh.

3. New email, new phone number ( that country phone number you are registering) - new VISA card or VCC
THAT'S WHAT WILL BE ASKED DURING THE REGISTRATION PROCESS.

4. You will not be asked for documents upon registration, only on very rare occasions, if this happens. follow the steps above with your document, retake pictures and upload pictures to PayPal. it will pass verification unless you will photoshop it. so make sure you upload real documents.

if You are not a Europe citizen it's totally fine. You can register an account on PAYPAL COM with Europe address and declare it as you are a USA citizen, living in EUROPE. They don't care, even if you are from PAKISTAN, they only care that you are in EUROPE NOW.

HOW YOU WILL USE IT - IT'S BASED ON YOU. DID IT FOR MANY YEARS, SHARING, BECAUSE EBAY IS NOW USING MANAGED PAYMENTS, SO IT'S NO LONGER NEEDED FOR ME.
