Hello , i just buy one domain whose DA is 60+ just in 120$
I am quiet confused what should i do with this !!
IS it really good purchase, domain looks clean , check archived history All fine!!
The domain is regarding wordpress theme

  • Can i simply redirect to my Site (iphone-s.com) ?
  • Build PBN
  • Start one more blog
  • Resell

It's niche is Wordpress ... Will the buyer prefer to get backlink from wordpress niche site, Although their site belong to other niche??
or you mean to say i can create PBN on general niche ....
 
Start a new blog or Resell it if you are getting a decent deal.

Using it as a blog will have its own benefits, if you do everything perfectly.

Start sharing content related to WordPress - themes, plugins, technicalities etc. etc. after recieving decent traffic start affiliation or an ad network for monetizing. Build an email list. After getting decent traffic start paid guest blogging options on your blog.

There are endless possibilities, just think your way around it.
 
Resell the domain if you will get a profitable deal
Or
Start a blog for wordpress themes and plugins or can start affiliate website.

What's the RD like ?
Is it a .com and is it brandable ?

What quality links does it have going to it?
 
Build with some good contents and change attractive theme which must be satisfied by anyone who looks it. Then resell the site to the best price. Hope this will be the best idea, I think. :)
 
  • Can i simply redirect to my Site (iphone-s.com) ? If it's a niche relevant domain then Redirect it
  • Build PBN - Again if its niche relevant domain then starts another blog and link back to your main site as well.
  • Start one more blog - Best option for you.
  • Resell - If other metrics especially referring domains are decent and coming from authority sites then you can easily sell it at $300+. But usually, high DA domains are spammed with low-quality profiles and massive blog comments.

It doesn't matter if a PBN is in a different niche than the money site.
 
I can assure you, that the domain is all but clean :)
