[For $300] Would You recommend buying this Website?

Hey BHW,
I am thinking of buying a ready made niche website and someone came up this one. Since This site is built using a expired domain and it's previous content somehow relate to the current niche, I am considering the proposal.

But, before I strike the deal, I would love to hear some professional voice on this.
It would be even better if someone becomes generous and do a brief research and let me whether they want me to buy it or not.

Plus content, keyword research etc, so not just the theme.

OP, depends on how valuable your own time is and could you do this yourself at a cheaper price?

Loads as slow as anything, so that would need improving but sadly you've outed your site/niche on a blackhat forum, this inviting people to set up in competition.
 
Just a tip: don't post links publicly. If it was any good it would probably be sold by now.

I don't think it's a good one, the lik profile looks not natural at all and content is very basic.
 
As a side note, there is about 29600 words written on that website and if you pay 2.50 for 100 words to a article writer those words alone are worth around $740 plus the aged domain and some time to set it up, it is in no way a bad investment assuming the link profile on the website is good.

If you need a good page to count the words on a website and not just a web page use this: website-word-count-tool it´s kind of good.

The speed of the website is fairly easy to fix.

why would you ever buy a website just get a WordPress host and add a good theme or use divi in the download section and make a nice website.

websites today are all themes just add images articles and video.

don't waste money would be stupid.

you can get better content free from wayback content easy to get .

$300 neeed a website making $30 solid a month . if it ant forget it .
 
No idea why everyone says no lol.

Shit is ranking & aged. Throw some links on buyer's intent keywords and you'll start ranking

if you don't like the domain/backlink profile (bit spammed on the anchor text), resell it as a site with actual income.

How do you assume the traffic this website have and the value of it since you seems to value that to zero since you do not believe it has $30 worth in traffic?
 
The theme kinda not say attracting but hard to say as other claim important contents , the domine age , what keywords been rank etc. I not expert come website stuffs still learning even ask those SEO providers comments while i buy their services. But I see most bro mention kinda is nope

huh I see the owner is using it for Amazon? might will have some sales , come fishing this niche.

Please do not tell people to use DIVI, since it is one of the worst and most bloated themes out there, no Wordpress professional would ever touch that theme and work with it.

Buy it.

Content is okay. Can be improved though.

This site can give you $500 per month once you put in some work.

Update the articles according to the keyword's intent. You will be good.

I don't know why people are saying that you're wasting your money.

I see 5-6 hours of content update + link building and this site will take off...
