Followliker when computer is off

probably biggest noob question ever, but is it possible to run Followliker when your PC/laptop is turned off? I could just find posts from 2014 telling it couldn't be done, but perhaps it has changed since then?

No it's not possible that's why people use something called VPS ( virtual private server) that run 24/7

No you can't, unless you use a VPS.

lol, No you can't because, well your PC is off.

you can get a VPS though.
