FollowLiker settings / general Instagram questions

Hi, was hoping to get some feedback on my FL settings, and I've got a few other questions too:

• How do my FL settings look (below)? Too risky? Is there room for improvement? My engagement and followings seem to be dipping - but I do not want to risk a ban.
  
  
• Is there such thing as shadow banning, despite what Instagram claims (see June 4 TechCrunch Instagram Algorithm article)? Is it possible for them to remove you from appearing in hashtags "top" sections, or to users whose photos you like?

• Based on my usage and needs (just growing a single IG account), is it worth upgrading to GMT2? Jarvee looks like I'd be paying extra for a lot of features I don't need.

My settings:

Single account, several years old. 9.5k followers.
Follow / unfollow: 0
DM: 0
Comment: 0

Scrape User Limit: 200
Scrape Photo Limit: 3
Like Limit: 1-3 (I don't want to like 10+ posts per user)
Daily Like Limit: 300-900
Delay Like: 30-50 seconds
Like photos with only 0-100 likes.

Like Limit means how many likes you do per action, so you're doing 1 to 3 likes each 30-50 seconds?

Mine Like Limit is set to 15-30, this doesn't mean that I'm following 15-30 photos per user lol.

I've messed up big time then. Lol. Okay, I'll ramp that up. How then do I make sure I'm not liking too many photos from the same user? And does everything else look relatively safe to you?

I'm scraping recent pics from top hashtags so it's impossible to like many photos from the same user.
