I believe the best support for a tool can be offered by it's support team or the developers.
Asking it on a forum could be a good idea but looks like the sales thread for the tool was locked a little while back.
So, until you wait for further responses, drop an email and create a support ticket and that might solve your problem much faster.
(I've heard that their support isn't too good but why not still give it a try)
