Followliker Help

I don't know if anyone can help with this or has experienced this but yesterday purchased followliker unlimited licence and now the instillation wizard is not recognising my licence credentials (username/my email+password). even though i am putting in the information provided in my email from followliker. i get a message saying "you must enter a valid username and password."

Has anyone experienced this or know how to solve this?

I have opened a ticket with followliker.. no response.

They will reply but will take a bit time which is natural. They may need to reset your license though and it'll be fine

If a message is presented referencing any server problems you may need to re-download. I had this issue
