FollowLiker for Instagram not working

I cannot get FollowLiker to work. After setting up the account and pressing start the status bar says "username and password verified". It does this even if i put in an incorrect password!

It then stops at "Status: 0 out of 1 instagram account(s) has finished. (Account blahblah is using custom settings... [blahblah]...)". Nothing happens. (I've checked firewall, re-created account, re-installed).

I'm brand new to the program, so perhaps it's doing things in the background, but I see no evidence of this all. (1) Is there anyway I can monitor what it's doing? (2) What is the simplest test I could use to verify that the program is working, everything i've tried so far suggests it isn't.

Did you bought it or downloaded from somewhere? If you bought it, just contact sellers and ask them.

Bought it. Contacted support, who responded very quickly. Told me to download again and reinstall. I did, and the program worked properly.

(A strange thing is the install file I originally downloaded (v.8.6.3) via the confirmation email, was slightly larger than the file that I downloaded after contacting support. Even though both files were 8.6.3. I suspect they uploaded a faulty file.)

The same thing actually happened to me today as well. I am up and running now!
