FL keeps following Persian, Arabic, and other unwanted people. My scrape user setting don't seem like it would select people like this. This isn't my intended audience is there anything i can do to change this? Like a csv file that blocks most languages except english? i don't know what to do

You have to make sure you only scrap people that are "English" speakers. Also, you may not have enough keywords to scrape in english. Some will get by becuase they have used a keyword or hashtag in English. For example, I do a "scape user limit" of 100 on Instagram, I always create 3 different query type with and without hashtag: "Travel" (Users who tagged) "Travel" (Users who liked) "#Travel" (location) I Have about 50 querys per word.
How can i make it only english users? I will try more query types.

As far as i remember followliker dint have an option to skip non-english users. Your best bet is to use scraping sources after a bit of manual research which have lesser number of any foreign language users.
