Following and unfollowing

Hey guys,
Right now I'm following around 6.7k people and by the end of the day it should be a little bit over 7k. After that I'm going to start unfollowing.
My question is how long do I have to wait before starting to unfollow? Can I start unfollowing tomorrow morning for example or do I have to wait 24h?
And btw is unfollowing using macros on your computer safe?

If you are doing manually you can start within 1 hour, if you are botting wait for 2-5 hours maybe. make sure you don't unfollow more than 60-70 in 1 hour. You may get temporarily blocked.

It's good to wait 24-48 hours.

The short answer is that safety is a matter of speed. Unfollow 1,000 people in 2-3 hours and even if you do it manually in the app, IG might flag you.

Generally speaking, unfollow 1 person a minute.

Yea I'm doing it manually but some people say that you can't follow/unfollow in the same day?

I think I'm gonna try 60 quickly then wait a couple of minutes because I am doing 2 accounts manually and that would be impossible for me lol
