Follow liker twitter settings

I have been using twitter follower liker for a while with the settings below. I am really struggling to get any traction with one account. I have tried to run it every day and mix up the beauty blogers/ celebs i target as a source of potential followers. Do I need to be running multi accounts which drive to traffic to one instead? I tweet every day to the account. Any help greatly appreciated

I would increase everything and all of the limits. You're delays are interesting too me as well because there is such a large difference (2-80 seconds) and such. Most of my delays vary by less then 10 seconds. Maybe load another account and really push the limits with that one to get a better feel of what works and what doesn't. The single most important category will always be following. I can easily follow over 1000 people on my accounts if that helps.
