Yes and yes. Do some research here on BHW. There are plenty of threads about it. You can check out its website to see how it works. Try to do some of your own research before asking questions here on the forums.

Yes, one of the best bots for IG, works great, easy to use but tons of features,
Try it and if you don't like it you can always ask for refund.

It's a TOOL - it does whatever you set it up to do. Use it right and you won't have more problems than doing it all manually.
