Flippa buy website

I would recommend signing up for the Website Flip newsletter. Its stuffed with affiliate links but his analysis is pretty good overall. I think it's a good place to start.

I like Flippa for buying sites. I have very specific criteria that I look for so very few sites actually meet that criteria. But there are a lot of sites that are poorly monetized or not monetized at all. If you have access to a premium ad provider like mediavine or even ezoic for that matter, you can easily increase the revenue of any site that's monetized with Adsense. So it's a quick win.
Can you share any way how to check the website? Ho9w to choose a good one for beginning? Any program or video for learning about it?

The newsletter I mentioned is a great resource for checking sites before you buy them.

If you're gonna be buying a website on Flippa, please understand that stats, as well as revenue figures, can be faked.

Also, pay close attention to the past sales of the seller. Load the URLs of the websites that they supposedly sold.

Be on the lookout for this red flag.

If a lot of those websites are no longer loading and the domains have expired, that's a warning sign.

I'm not saying that all site sales on Flippa are fraudulent. Nobody can make that claim.

But you just have to be aware of what could possibly go wrong, and you have to do your due diligence.

Generally speaking, your best bet is to either buy a complete Starter Site or hire somebody to build one for you because you'll have more control that way.

But the farther away you get from a custom solution, the greater the opportunity for fraud and deception so you end up buying fake sites.

So be very careful when using websites like Flippa and other site flipping platforms.

Take a look at the history of the seller.

Keep in mind that if you buy a website that reuses the same theme and content over and over again, you're really not getting much except for the fact that the site is already put together.

But you can hire somebody off Fiverr to put together a website for you.

So weigh your options and see if the return on investment is there.

Hi everyone, I am writing this post because I plan to buy one or two websites on flippa in the near future with the aim of creating recurring passive income. Since I am a beginner in this environment I would like to know if some of you have any advice to give me in relation to this business? For example, should the site be maintained, even if it is already working well? How to go about it, etc? I think it's really a good buiseness which doesn't require a lot of experience either, since the site you buy already has its traffic and it is a customer. Thank you in advance for your answers.

Hey dude, my take on this. Everybody is entitled to their opinion.

I sold my website last year, which was making me some good money as I had done some SEO on it earlier. I did not sell because it was going downhill. I sold because I needed the money and was too busy to maintain it anyway.

And the person who bought the site from me is still very much in touch , doing other projects together because the site is fine.

I regret selling though but like I said I needed the money.

So ignore those saying sites on Flippa are dying out hence the reason for selling. It's barely the case, there are a million and one reasons someone would wanna sell his asset. I suggest you make your own research on the site properly before making a purchase, besides Flippa wont release the money to the seller till you approve it.

It more than I want. Thank you, man. That article is brilliant for me. I gonna follow you way. Actually, all of us try to get risks only because of money. That's the point, only.
