So i got AHREFS and Kwfinder and some other KW tools however it is very challenging to find the correct keywords and i was wondering if anyone has a guide/tips for hard to reach keywords.

For example I am collecting keywords which have around 100 searches and KWD is less than 10. but when i run it in ahrefs i kind of get blown away with the SERP results, the rankings of the top 10 does not compute with the KWD.
you would see things like DR AR above 20 or even high authority sites.
is anyone else having these problems or is it because AHREFS and these tools work best for english and for non english it it much less effective?

my niche is webdesign/seo/law/lawyers/website

There's no quick answer for this. I don't use Ahrefs.. I use Semrush and my advice is use the filters I would imagine they have to help you target keywords. Particularly if I am looking to focus on KWD and volume, those are filters I would set, which it kind of sounds like you've done that but are still having difficulty ? If that is the case, then you'll have to expand your seed keywords to work with a new larger list then drill down again. Look for variations of your keyword that can generate additional lists of keywords and apply the filters again.

This is the perfect solution for your scenario. You can try ubersuggest also for the better keyword analysis.
