I think your priorities should be a good method of payment, then a good account system, ultimately workflow, split level for accounts. All those things will help you use your desired budget. You can discuss with me on this via skype

Hello mrblackjack, you still have the cloaker service for fb ads campaigns? I was just banned yesterday for not using cloaker and need some good one to continue working hard.
 
I work with facebook groups and dating traffic. And i post 1 direct tds url for 2 month with no bans;)
