Do you have experience with affiliate products (CPS) that you sell by Facebook Ads? Do you have some tips? For SEO we need more time for new project and it isnt scalable in firsts months

First I create a landing page for Affiliate product and promote it by Facebook ads.
I am getting good result. You can follow the tricks also

Can you tell sth more about branch and market that u work? Ecommerce or SaaS products?

I work with SAAS product. like accounting software, Email marketing tool, Business management tool etc,
