Fast wordpress installer?

Hey guys...

I am just a few minutes away to loose it here...

Trying to install WPMU on my headhost server IN a directory but is just not going to work...

My server doesnt have fantastico or something so installin wp is a time consuming thing...

I know there is a fast WP installer around but due to the great searchfunction here i am not able to find it...

Anyone some tips?

My hosting has a "one-click-install"-feature. It let me install wordpress in one click. Quite handy since all I have to do is choose domain and admin password, takes about 20 seconds to have a fully working wp blog.

But I think there should be more hosters offering simular service. Sure HostHead doesn't?

Yeah try and get hosting that has the one click install. Personally I use Bluehost. For WPMU, if you don't want to edit the coding and everything, there is a plugin in the downloads section called Massive_Passive. Auto-installs WPMU. Fantastic.

That could be done in 8 hrs. However, you might wanna try different hosting. I myself use bounceweb. It comes with softalucious and fantastico, both install wordpress with 1 click.

All thanks for the input. Yeah well been with hosthead for a very long time...
Their staff installed the new version with the network option, so i am good to go.
