I could be wrong but I'm not sure there is such a thing. You pretty much have to build it yourself from scratch. If you are any good at web development, its pretty simple.
Here is a tutorial on how to build an app,

Also, you will have to have an SSL and hosting unless you use Facebooks hosting.
