Fake News Website - HELP Needed to remain anonymous!!

It's very complicated process because in every scenario you leave somewhere a footprint. The problem is not a hosting (only offshore) but:
1. how to buy a domain (without banning your account by trustworthy register company or without losing your domain by some shady company). There is not a problem if you buy churn and burn domain but if you want something long term you need to pick careful domain register company. And how you pay for this domain. Bitcoins always leave some footprints, even if you will buy them without ID veryfication you need to pay somehow for them. So only option: Only prepaid gift card that you can buy in person with cash or bitcoins that you will earn/someone will pay you for your products/service on your fake name.
2. And the second problem is how to withdraw money that you will earn from affiliate company. Even when you use fake documents and for example create payoneer account they need to send you debit card on your real address. The same with paypal, how to withdraw your money?

The better option is to use some 3g/4g sim card but not register on your name (I don't know where do you live, in my country every sim card need to be register on real name with ID) but I can always buy on ebay someone elses sim card. Or you can use some public wifi + multilogin app to change some of your system parametrs (but be careful because security cameras are everywhere).

Seriously when you want this to be done properly it should look like in Ocean 11 movie or something like this

All u need is a brain and be a little organized. For recieving debit cards u use virtual office. Ocean 11? More like peppa pig

But yeah, if u go to the same ATM down the block from where u live and withdraw maximum every day, then nobody gonna feel sorry for u when the taxman comes around.

This method is not 100% anonymous, it depends on each step to be done right.

Another simple option is to put on your website some good written Privacy Policy and Terms&Conditions, that will say that you are not responsible for any news posted on the website and if someone wants that news to be taken down to just email you. You need to take that down when you get any emails specify that.

I'm thinking this method but with slight adjustments. Freenom gives you free hosting for websites that are not subdomains, but you can always use subdomains. You can register on Wix, Weebly, Wordpress and all the other sites that give you a free subdomain. I've also noticed that some sites you can find using SEO alone on Wix and Squarespace, for example, but not so much with Google Sites, aka it doesn't get indexed.

To register I use 33Mail, that I have registered to a Protonmail account, that I registered using Tor and a burner phone, because Protonmail recognizes Tor exit nodes and tries to make you register with phone verification. Burner phones in some countries require ID verification. If you know anything about cell phone triangulation, you'll know a cell phone loses it's signal to GPS tracking by law enforcement as soon as you take out the battery, but also the sim card.

And even if the phone was somebody's and is unlocked, buy it off of Craigslist with cash.

Now with that coronavirus thing I wasn't able to buy a burner phone at Bestbuy using cash as they only take debit and credit now to minimize transmission, so I'll have to wait for a bit.

Now that we have the anonymity portion covered, or essentially spreading out your hosting and domain over multiple countries to make it harder to get warrants and whatnot, how do we anonymize the profits?

There are ad networks that pay you in bitcoin, but bitcoin is no longer as anonymous due to regulatory requirements. I thought about using a bitcoin mixer than transferring funds to Paypal, since Paypal is linked to your bank account that if you were doing this solo, chances are is registered to your genuine government ID. I haven't tried but I reckon it would be pretty difficult to open up a bank account in a fake name...yet you never know. I've got to try this some day just for the shits and giggles.

So right now I'm writing a tutorial on fake news, and I'm collecting profiles and data in the thousands to use. I just don't know whether to sell the final fake news pack for $5 in a rar file or to use content locking and distribute it for free.

PS It's worthwhile to look into machine learning and AI for fake news. The only thing I've found so far that works is Grover, and that's actually something they made to detect and possibly remove fake news. But Grover is the most realistic when it comes to article writing for an early prototype fake news AI.

As far as the possibility of deletion or banning from a hosting service goes, you can always export your whole website and then re-import and set it up from where you left off. The only platform that does this I've found so far is Wordpress, with XML files.
