Fake News Website - HELP Needed to remain anonymous!!

Hi Guys, I have operated a number of fake news sites over the last few years.

The issue I face is that I created some of them to replicate genuine news sites (as they achieved the best traffic) and used their real logos. These sites have now been deleted but I am aware that I have infringed on trademark and copyright issues. I would like to start again, however...

My questions are:
How do I create a truly anonymous website that generates revenue through content.ad that no one could track me if they wanted to sue me ect

1. I can register a domain with a fake name but I pay using my real credit card
2. I can host through an internet provider with a fake name but again use my real credit card
(I could use a prepaid credit card to get around the above 2?)

3. The real problem is content.ad How can I create a fake PayPal or bank account that I can accept money in to?

Or would an intellectual property lawyer not be able to get my details by issuing a request to content.ad?

If you are from Balkan country, you should give 0 fucks about getting sued :v
 
There is no way really, like you say, you can't pay without leaving a paper trail, unless its bitcoin,
but if you are monitising ads, then a company may complain to the ad serving company, and they will obviously have your details.

What about an offshore bank account somewhere? One that does not use your name
 
Why not create a similar logo that could easily be mistaken for the original but doesn't infringe on copyright?

That's actually a good idea. However, I am not sure on how close you can go. If the site is called NBC news it would have to be pretty close to be convincing and if its too close I am back to square one.
 
You can do as follow:
1. go on localbitcoin or ask someone to sell you some bitcoin;
2. search this forum for anonymous hosting, I saw a post with some good recommendations. choose one that will meet your website requirements;
3. create fake email account, but not using your own IP, try doing it through a good proxy service (also can be found on this forum);
4. create or buy a good paypal account to receive the money from ads.
This method is not 100% anonymous, it depends on each step to be done right.

Another simple option is to put on your website some good written Privacy Policy and Terms&Conditions, that will say that you are not responsible for any news posted on the website and if someone wants that news to be taken down to just email you. You need to take that down when you get any emails specify that.

As ILearnSEO said, if you are somewhere in the Est-Europe, the second option is better and simpler for you.

For the first and second question, you can easily use a gift card and write it under the name that you wants. (i've tested and works).
For the third question, i think you could use in non verified paypal, but there are chances to get limited or try to find someone that sells fake verified paypal and then transfer the money to your account for withdrawal.
 
You could also go the "john Doe" route. It is the ONLY way left today to stay truly anonymus! (except for UAE Freezone)

Fake ID and Utility Bill (or other required documents)
Company in Seychelles or Belize (Cheapest)
For Banking use EMI Banking - These mostly dont have banking license, but still have IBAN transfer functionality and of course also issue Debit cards for ATM withdrawel. The 2 most popular and hazzle free are Leupay and Advancecash. I have heard people successfully use Payoneer as well + there are plenty more EMI banks around. The fake documents are used to sign up for all of the above, and fully outsourced runs you $2K+.

You better go with .to extension just to be on safe side.

good advice, but if you want to cash the money out you have to connect your card to paypal. so your still leaving a trace

I create fake paypal account linked to BOA bank login
 
Here in the Europe when you go to a Bank automate to cash the money the first thing what happends
the bank automate (ATM) makes a picture of you! don't know how it is in America.

so your still not 100% anonymous
 
Have you thought of going the SATIRE route...? With the right legalese you can get away with many things.

vps offsure

bitcoin pay for everthink including receving cash from anybody.

domin a .io nothink else.
((fake the whois info )).

use a vpn always from home or office , use the same country as the vps....

use a resedentual ip to do anythink in the browser ..(( use same country for resedentual ip))

You can't hide. End of story.
Find some creative way like dude suggested up there (similar but not exact logo)
