Facebook Zero Spend Campaign

Hi,
Is anyone else having the same problem as me
Facebook ads account, haven't spent much lately, campaign is active
I've changed to a new Fanpage, set up a decoy campaign and changed to a new autopay card
Let me know, I'm not alone

Yes, you’re not alone, when an ads account hasn’t spent much recently, Facebook often puts it into a “learning” or low-trust state, which causes active campaigns to barely deliver even if everything looks correct. Changing pages, cards, or making decoy campaigns usually doesn’t fix it. The most reliable solution is to run one simple, low-budget campaign for a few days to rebuild account activity, avoid too many changes at once, and let Facebook regain trust before scaling again.

This is a common issue that everyone encounters. The problem here is that you changed your payment information, and your account may have been flagged for review. Try deleting all existing campaigns and creating a new test campaign to see if that works.

It seems like many advertisers are facing similar zero-spend issues lately. Even when the campaign is active

you can create 2-3 ads to warm up the account for 2-3 days it can spend, new accounts often have this problem - hope everyone will have better solutions

You’re not alone Meta has been acting weird lately especially on low spend accounts and new setups it happens to a lot of people right now

I think you should delete all current campaigns and ads.Create a new lead ad with a small budget to test the results. It's possible that your account has been flagged. Please choose a really clean page or content to run the test ads.

I think it's just a setup problem. But I think the camp is still working normally and costing well.

The problem of not spending is due to the campaign you run targeting what results? Are you running cost or bid. For me, if I don't spend, I will run notarget with A+. And I see the campaign working and spending normally. But the results are not as expected.

Most likely, the problem lies in the payment card or in the cabinet itself. I noticed that on a new account, when linking a card, if problems arise, then most likely the account will not unscrew the budget. I usually just throw away such advertising accounts.

a zero-spend campaign means your ads are active but not delivering this usually happens due to low budget weak optimization events low-quality scorer or restricted accounts
