Facebook WC Ad Problem

I get this error message when I want to place order...
What can I do now?
Someone can help me ?

I want to promote my existing post via wc ad...
It is an autoplay video and on top my promotional text and my link to my site...

I can't put call to action button to this existing page post but there is an external link(my website link) so I don't know why I get this error..

On ppe ad no error but I get not much website clicks...

Yeah, video ads all need a call to action button. Just choose one that works for you. More real estate on the ad = more clicks.
