It depends on where you buy your traffic. I've never had any issues with Bing Ads traffic, and that's 100% purchased traffic. Similarly, there are other networks in which I've never had any issues for using. Just get traffic from reputable sources. Everyone doesn't have to play the SEO game to succeed.
